Pastor Patrice SchafferPastor Patrice Schaffer, native of Birmingham, Alabama, currently serves as the executive pastor of Grace Church Charlotte. Since the age of eleven, she has had the privilege to serve in various leadership capacities within ministry. Pastor Patrice has worked locally, nationally and internationally in many roles including executive administrator, youth and college pastor, state youth president, regional coordinator and more. She is an Alumni of the University of Alabama with a major in Marketing and Public Relations. After years of serving in many of the country’s leading banking and marketing companies, following the leading of the Lord, Schaffer Consulting,a multimedia marketing firm and Experience Empowerment broadcast was birthed. Pastor Patrice believes that empowered people empower others thus being mandated by God to inspire, equip and empower God's people for Kingdom business.

KASIE MORGANKasie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with her MS in Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology. Kasie has been working in the field of behavioral health for 15 years and as a Licensed Clinician for 6 years. Her theoretical orientation resides in treating the whole person and focusing on the functioning of the individual. With roots in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Kasie uses a myriad of approaches to counseling to increase resiliency and self-efficacy. Kasie gladly welcomes all into her therapy space with the majority of her experiences spanning all age groups, sexual orientations, gender identities and couples.
Tanganyika (tæŋɡənˈjiːkə) GraysonTanganyika Grayson is a native of Birmingham, AL. She embraced the call to serve in ministry in her early twenties while traveling to local Alabama prisons, women work releases and open-air meetings with her grandmother to offer ministry support. Her love for youth and young adults led her to serve as the youth minister of her local church, Faith Apostolic Church, Birmingham, AL, for more than 15 years and since that time she continues to mentor young adults in the gospel.
As a teacher of the gospel, psalmist and intercessor, she ministers in several capacities. Tanganyika’s passion is Jesus Christ and the presence He brings; this presence can be felt in her song, spoken Word, prophetic utterances, her prayer and intercession. Tanganyika has more than 20 years’ experience in the business world in the area of customer service and as an associate director of two nonprofit entities for the company she works for, she holds a degree in mathematics with a minor in physics. |
Rev. Cynthia DurantRev. Cynthia Durant currently serves as the Director of Leader Development for the Dale C. Bronner Institute of Ministry & Leadership Development. Under the Institute, she provides day-to-day operational leadership, as well as on-going coaching and mentoring of church leaders that serve with Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral where she has been a member for many years.
Additionally, Rev. Cynthia serves with Christian Alliance of Pastors, where she conducts quarterly training courses for Pastors and Leaders on church planting, church operations, marriage and ministry, and so much more! She also assists partnering CAP churches with developing their leaders through biblical leadership courses and on-going coaching. Rev. Cynthia truly has a heart to serve! She has dedicated her life to equipping the saints and stirring up the gift of God inside each person with whom she has an opportunity to minister. Through her own life experiences, Rev. Cynthia understands firsthand the power of God’s transforming grace. As a result, she delivers God’s Word with passion and shares openly with others about how the power of God’s love can lead to a victorious life worthy of receiving His love! Married to Vincent Durant for 30 years this May, they are the proud parents of one adult daughter, Bianca. |
